Terms of Service
Vantix is a media player. It does not provide, host or sell any channels, films, series, playlists or subscriptions. You bring your own sources and you are responsible for them.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Vantix you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Vantix does
Vantix plays media from sources that you add yourself: an M3U playlist, an Xtream Codes account or a local file. We have no access to what you watch, no relationship with your provider, and no control over the content your provider supplies.
3. Your sources and your responsibility
- Use Vantix only with content you own or are authorized to access and play.
- You are responsible for the legality of your sources and of the media you play or download, in the country where you live.
- Your provider's own terms apply to your use of its service. Vantix is not affiliated with any provider.
4. Trial, licence and in-app purchases
Vantix on Google Play is 100% free. No subscription or payment is required, and there are no ads.
On Amazon Fire TV and on Apple platforms (when they are available), a new device starts with a 15-day free trial. When the trial ends, continued use needs an in-app purchase: Lifetime ($19.99, paid once), Yearly ($9.99) or Monthly ($2.49). It is bought and managed through that platform's store, the Amazon Appstore or the Apple App Store, and prices may vary by region and currency. Yearly and Monthly renew until you cancel them in that store.
The state of a device's trial or licence is checked with our server using the anonymous Device ID described in the Privacy Policy. Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, repackage or redistribute the app, or remove or bypass its licence and integrity checks.
- Do not use the app to infringe anyone's rights or to access content you are not authorized to watch.
- Do not interfere with our servers or the licence service.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or withdraw features, and we may block a device that breaks these terms. Some features depend on what your provider supplies, such as guide data, catch-up and 4K streams, and on your device's hardware.
7. No warranty
Vantix is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will work with every source or device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for anything arising from your sources or the content they supply.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continuing to use Vantix after a change means you accept it.
