VantixTelevizo alternative
Televizo Alternative for Firestick & Android TV (2026)
The Televizo IPTV player is built for Android, and on a Firestick most guides install it by sideloading. Vantix Player is listed in the official Amazon Appstore, so it installs like any other Fire TV app and plays your own M3U or Xtream Codes source.
Fire TV Downloader code 7305741 opens the Amazon Appstore listing. Vantix is a player: it does not provide channels, playlists or subscriptions.
Vantix Player vs Televizo
Both are players: neither supplies channels. The Vantix column is what the app does today. The Televizo column holds only widely documented points, and "Not compared here" means we have not tested it.
| Feature | Vantix Player | Televizo |
|---|---|---|
| Firestick installation | Official Amazon Appstore listing (ASIN B0HNYTGMV1). Search for Vantix, or enter Downloader code 7305741, which opens that listing. Unknown Sources stays off. | Most Firestick guides sideload it: turn on Unknown Sources, then install an APK with the Downloader app. |
| Premium activation on Fire TV | On the TV: pick a plan with the remote and confirm in Amazon's purchase window. No phone and no second account. | Guides describe Premium as bought through Google Play, which a Firestick does not have. Check Televizo's own instructions for Fire TV. |
| Playback engines | Two: native Media3 ExoPlayer for hardware decoding, and libmpv for streams that need it. 4K and HEVC are decoded in hardware where the chip supports them. | Not compared here. |
| Playlist input | Scan a QR code with your phone and fill in the form there, or type on the remote. M3U as a link or a file, and Xtream Codes accounts. | M3U and Xtream Codes, entered in the app. QR setup: not compared here. |
| Ads | No ads, in any version. | Not compared here. |
| Price | Free on Google Play. On Fire TV: 15 days free, then Lifetime $19.99 once, or optional Yearly $9.99 or Monthly $2.49. | A free version and a paid Premium. Check the current price in Televizo's store listing. |
Televizo is a trademark of its owner, and Vantix is not affiliated with it. Check each app's current features and prices before you decide. Vantix is free on Google Play and free for 15 days on Fire TV, so you can try it on the same source before you switch.
Televizo for Firestick: Why Users Look for an Official Store Alternative
Search for Televizo for Firestick and most guides start the same way: turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources" in the Fire TV's developer options, install the Downloader app, and download an APK from a website. The app then sits outside the Amazon Appstore. You depend on whoever hosts the file to keep it genuine and up to date, and Amazon delivers no updates for it.
Televizo and XCIPTV are not available in the official Amazon Appstore (as of November 2026), so on a Fire TV they can only be sideloaded. Vantix Player is listed in the official Amazon Appstore (Downloader code 7305741), so on a Fire TV it installs like any other app:
- Search for Vantix on the Fire TV, or open Downloader and enter code 7305741. The code opens the Vantix listing in the Amazon Appstore (ASIN B0HNYTGMV1), not an APK.
- Choose Get or Download. Unknown Sources can stay off, and Amazon keeps the app updated.
- Open Vantix and scan its QR code with your phone to add your own M3U link or Xtream Codes login.
On Android TV, Google TV and Android phones, install Vantix from Google Play. The full Fire TV walkthrough is at vantix.tv/firestick.
XCIPTV Downloader Codes and Perfect Player Setup: The Sideloading Problem
Televizo is not the only player that Fire TV guides install from outside the store. Searches for an XCIPTV Downloader code or for how to set up Perfect Player lead to the same routine: turn on Unknown Sources, type a code into Downloader, and install an APK from a site you cannot check.
| Player | How it gets onto a Fire TV |
|---|---|
| Vantix Player | Official on the Amazon Appstore (Downloader code 7305741). Unknown Sources stays off. |
| Televizo | Sideloading via Downloader. |
| XCIPTV | Sideloading via Downloader. |
| Perfect Player | Sideloading via Downloader. Google Play removed it in 2019 after a copyright complaint. |
- XCIPTV Downloader codes are short links made by guide sites. Most point to an APK hosted by that site, not to the Amazon Appstore, and the file behind a code can change without notice. More on this in the XCIPTV alternative guide.
- Perfect Player is an older player: Google Play removed it in 2019 after a copyright complaint, and many setup guides for it are years old. Vantix is a modern replacement for it. The usual steps are to sideload the APK, then add the M3U link under Settings, General, Playlist and an XMLTV link under EPG. Check its current store listing before you rely on it.
- A sideloaded app gets no updates from Amazon. You go back to the guide site each time.
Vantix Player avoids all of it. Downloader code 7305741 opens the Vantix listing in the Amazon Appstore, Unknown Sources stays off, and Amazon delivers the updates. You add your playlist from your phone by QR code instead of typing links with the remote.
XCIPTV and Perfect Player are trademarks of their owners, and Vantix is not affiliated with them. Vantix does not publish Downloader codes for other apps.
Questions
What is a good Televizo alternative for Firestick?
Vantix Player is one to try. It is listed in the official Amazon Appstore, so it installs without sideloading: search for Vantix, or use Downloader code 7305741. It plays your own M3U or Xtream Codes source, has no ads, and gives you 15 days free with every feature before you choose a Pro plan on the TV.
Is Televizo on the Amazon Appstore?
Most Firestick guides install Televizo by sideloading an APK with the Downloader app, which suggests it is not offered there. Search the Appstore on your Fire TV to check today. Vantix Player is listed there, ASIN B0HNYTGMV1.
How does Vantix Pro compare with Televizo Premium on Fire TV?
Vantix Pro is bought on the Fire TV itself through Amazon's in-app purchasing, after a 15-day free trial: Lifetime for $19.99 once, or optional Yearly $9.99 or Monthly $2.49. Guides describe Televizo Premium as bought through Google Play, which a Firestick does not have, so check Televizo's own instructions.
Is this page a Televizo review?
No. We have not tested Televizo, so this page does not score it. The Televizo column in the table lists only widely documented points. For a fair comparison, try your own M3U or Xtream Codes source in both players.
Is a Televizo mod APK safe?
No. Modified builds come from strangers, not Televizo's developer, can carry malware with access to your network and IPTV login, and miss official updates. Use the official app, or a player you can download officially, such as Vantix from the Amazon Appstore or Google Play.
What is the XCIPTV Downloader code?
Guide sites list Downloader codes for XCIPTV, but those codes are short links made by the sites themselves, and most lead to an APK file hosted outside the Amazon Appstore. Vantix does not publish codes for other apps. Its own code, 7305741, opens the Vantix listing in the official Amazon Appstore, not an APK.
How do I set up Perfect Player on a Firestick?
Most guides sideload Perfect Player with the Downloader app, then add the M3U link under Settings, General, Playlist, and an XMLTV guide link under EPG. Perfect Player is an older player and many guides for it are years old, so check its current store listing first. Vantix Player sets up from the Amazon Appstore instead, and you add the playlist from your phone by QR code.
Does Vantix include channels?
No. Vantix is a media player only. It provides zero channels, streams, playlists or subscriptions: you add your own source, one you are authorized to use.
Vantix does not provide channels, movies, streams, playlists or IPTV subscriptions, and is not affiliated with any provider. Use it only with sources you are authorized to watch. Televizo is a trademark of its owner. Amazon, Fire TV and Firestick are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
